Refund Policy:

Carnivore Schug 30 Day Carnivore Challenge Overview:
These are the Competition Terms (the “Terms”) for every competition I run. Each competition also has its own specific rules (the "Competition Information"). Read those too. If the two ever clash, these Terms win. No arguing, no loopholes. My lawyer made me write it that way.

Entry Requirements:

Two things you follow: these Terms and the "Competition Rules" inside the program portal. Both count. Skip one and you're out.

Take your before and after photos and keep them somewhere safe. Back them up. Email them to yourself. Don't lose them. You need them for final judging, and "my phone died" won't save you.

Break the rules and you can be disqualified. I don't like doing it, but I will.

These Terms cover every competition hosted by Carnivore Schug, 8175 E Evans Road #12902, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. That means print, online, live events, and social media. Same rules everywhere.

Changes to Terms:
Carnivore Schug reserves the right to modify these Terms at anytime. Changes are effective upon publication.

Eligibility:

- You must be 18 or older by the challenge start date. No exceptions.

- Expect to prove it. I'll ask for ID, usually a passport or driver's license. Don't send it, or lie about it, and you're disqualified.

- Employees and their immediate family can't enter. That means spouses, parents, kids, and siblings of anyone at Carnivore Schug. Yes, that includes my wife. She doesn't get to win her own husband's contest, no matter how well she runs it.

- It's open worldwide unless the Competition Rules say otherwise. Check them.

- If you're already in another body transformation competition, you can't enter this one. Pick one and finish it.

- Keep your Carnivore Schug subscriptions in good standing. Pay up, stay in the game.

Entry Process:

One entry per person per competition, unless otherwise stated.

Your access to the Challenge program is temporary. When the challenge ends, access ends. Download the Challenge PDFs before the end date and they're yours for life. Don't wait until the last day.

Follow the format in the Competition Rules inside the program portal. Read it. I'm not chasing you for a redo.

Proof you sent your entry isn't proof I got it. If it's lost, late, damaged, or never shows up, that's not on me. The closing date is in the Competition Rules, and I can extend it if I feel like it.

Incomplete or unreadable entries are void. Blurry photo, missing info, no entry.

Whatever it costs you to enter or claim a prize is on you. Unless I say otherwise in writing, I'm not paying for it.

Carnivore Schug is not liable for any costs incurred by entrants in entering a competition or claiming a prize unless explicitly stated.

Judging and Prizes:

I pick the judging panel. Once they've looked at the entries, I make the final call on winners and runners-up. My decision stands.

We're not just judging who looks best on the last day. We're judging the whole transformation, start to finish. How far you came counts.

I can change how prizes get handed out depending on entry quality or disqualifications. If the entries are weak or people get tossed, the prize pool might shift.

I describe every prize as accurately as I can. If something changes, I'll tell you.

Prizes can't be handed off to your cousin, your neighbor, or your dog. They're subject to availability, and there's no cash alternative. Take the prize or don't.

Winners cover their own taxes and duties. I'm a farm boy from Iowa, not your accountant.

Winners and Publicity:

If you win, I can use your details and your photos to get you your prize and to spread the word. That's how people see what's possible.

Entering means you're okay with that. Your personal data and images, used for those purposes. If you're not comfortable with it, don't enter.

Some prizes come with extra terms for using or accepting them. Winners follow those too.

Prize money lands within 30 days of the winner announcement, sometimes sooner. I don't sit on your money.

Liability and Law:

Competitions and these Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona in the United States.
Carnivore Schug's liability is limited in certain cases, as detailed in the full Terms.
