Just a simple approach that works

Sound familiar?

You're Tired of Diets, GLPs, Fasting, and Calorie Counting

Are you overweight, have body pain and keep asking yourself will I ever be healthy?

Are you done juice cleansing and starving yourself?

Have you tried every diet and watched the weight come right back?

Are you sick of being told to "just eat less and move more"?

Do you want to be able to eat bacon and steak and loose weight?

If you said yes, you're not broken. The diet industry lies to you to keep you confused and coming back.

I've Been Where You Are.

I'm Carnivore Schug.

I grew up on an Iowa farm. I was obese almost my whole life topped over 370 pounds.
Did everything the coaches preach: high protein, hard workouts, more discipline.

Lost 50 pounds. Gained it back. Lost it again. Gained it back.

This yo-yo is defeat with no end.

So I stripped food down to what my body was built to run on:

meat, eggs, dairy, salt & water

Now I effortlessly maintain 225.

Plus my bloodwork is perfect.

MY Results Speak For Themselves.

This isn't theory. This is what happens when you stop fighting your body and start feeding it what it needs.

I'm not a doctor. I'm not selling a miracle.
I reclaimed my life and am sharing the system to help you reclaim yours.

Plus my wife, a recovering vegan, lost 26 pounds on my Carnivore-ish approach.
As long as you eat meat, you can follow this approach.

So if you're stuck, just try it.
What do you have to lose?

The GLP shots, fasting and the calorie counting apps will still be there if you want them back.

But you won't.

POPULAR QUESTIONS

Asked Questions?

How long does it take to adapt?

It took me about 2 weeks to adapt and curb cravings. Then after the 2 week mark, it was like a high speed train. I started food prepping on Sundays, got my grill and smoker in action and in 90 days the results will shock you!

Can you eat fruit or Veggies on carnivore?

No, if you are strict carnivore, then you are not eating fruit or vegetables. This sounds crazy with everything you are told and it works. We are unfortunately told a bunch of BS to keep us sick.

Is coffee allowed?

Yes, you can have coffee. If you do have coffee, then no sugar and just add heavy cream and/or blend in butter/ghee.

Do you need to eat meat?

YES, you must eat meat.. If you are vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian, then this approach is NOT for you. As long as you eat meat including beef and pork, then you can follow this approach. We are being programmed to believe that meat is bad. I reject that narrative. Eat meat!

How much weight did you lose?

For the first 3 months, I lost about 5 pounds a week and then after that it tapered down to 2-3 pounds a week. Now I am at about 1 pound a week weight loss as I am getting close to maintenance and am focusing on building muscle.

What qualifications do you have as a Carnivore Coach?

I am qualified by the school of life. I am not a doctor or a physician, so seek professional advice before starting any new program or lifestyle change.

Can you still eat out?

Absolutely and eating out is actually easy.
At a fancy restaurant?
Order the filet with butter on the side.
At a fast food restaurant?
Grab a cheeseburger no bun or steak fajitas meat and cheese only!
If your friends order a bunch of appetizers, you are going to order an all meat and cheese item so you can enjoy.
